DK Invest N.V. is a family business, which has his roots in the Dutch village of Rijen. Here, Jan Baptist Theeuwes established himself as an independent miller in the year 1900. The Theeuwes generations that came after him developed national and international activities of which the production of compound feed and the international trade in grains and feed ingredients became the main pillars.

At the end of the 1970s, the diversification of their activities prompted the Theeuwes family to purchase, through its Belgian Company
D.K. Invest N.V., a large industrial complex at Westmalle, Belgium.

The year 1995 marked a boom in the real estate activities that were started there.

The main activities of the company are:
  • The purchase and sale of business real estate, both existing and new building.
  • The letting of business real estate.
  • The management of the buildings, via the own administrative and technical service.

Jan Theeuwes is executing the every day management of the company. Recently the name DK Industries has been changed in DK Invest.
